Bartenders at heart, try this delicious Cabernet cocktail to begin your celebration, or finish off the party with it as dessert!
I used Luxardo Cherries (for the frozen cherries and for the juice), Bacardi Rum, and a splash of LaMarca Prosecco instead of the sparkling water. The optional mint is a great addition.
Cherries Jubilee Cocktail
4 oz. Cabernet Sauvignon
1 oz. rum
1 tablespoon cherry juice concentrate
2 oz. sparkling water
4-6 frozen dark cherries
mint (optional)
Add wine, rum, and cherry juice to a shaker filled with ice. Shake to blend and pour in a collins glass filled with ice. Add sparkling water and cherries. Garnish with mint.
